Please note: Our office is not considered "In-Network" for any insurances at this time. However, many insurances do cover a portion of our services. The contract between the insurance company and your employer determines whether or not the insurance sends payment to us.
Our office will:
- arrange pre-estimates for your treatment proposal
- submit all insurance claims for you
- obtain general information for you about your specific plan
- keep the benefit booklet (provided by your employer) "on file" as a reference guide
There are many different insurance plans available for your employer to choose from. Plans vary in yearly versus lifetime maximums, fee-schedule versus UCR coverage, limitations/exclusions and in-network versus out-of-network provisions.
